What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your access to the refunded course or subscription will end. Your account itself remains active. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; no further charges will be made.
